Yoga Sessions
Regular weekly yoga sessions and various short courses run during each school term.
In Term 4 there will be both online and face to face yoga sessions offered. The term begins on October 3rd.
- TUESDAY 6.15PM : Online General Yoga
- MONDAY 1.15PM : Online Trauma Sensitive Yoga (For those identifying as women/non-binary)
- THURSDAY 1.15pm : Studio Trauma Sensitive Yoga in Yarraville (For those identifying as women/non-binary)
- FRIDAY 11AM : Online Trauma Sensitive Yoga

All Zoom sessions require registration - please Click through to Online Sessions for Zoom registration links and payment details. Once registered you will receive a link to join your yoga session as well as a password. The link will remain the same for the duration of your course.

General Yoga
General (Iyengar) yoga - in Term 1 an online 9 week course will run from 31 January until 28 March . The online yoga session will be offered at 6.15pm on Tuesday evenings. You are welcome to register in advance for this course : Register Here
The Studio Selby is located with the Ranges Integrative Health clinic in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges.
Term 4 in 2022 commences on Tuesday 4th October and is a 10 week term running up until 20th December (with no session on Melbourne Cup Day - 1 November, or on December 13th).
The traditional Monday YYC Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) sessions will be again be offered online in Term 1.
Yoga is an invaluable practice for healthy young bodies and minds. It can provide children with the gift of an unwavering belief in themselves, and build a strong physical, mental and emotional foundation which lasts a lifetime.
Private sessions for individuals or small groups, workplaces and organisations are available on request.

At Yarra Ranges Yoga, the general yoga offered comes from a foundation of the Iyengar Yoga method.
